fantastic stay!
central location quick service
i really enjoyed my stay. the location was central to everything. the room featured an alcalá beautiful room, a real treat after a long travel day. the staff were attentive and provided quick service! i appreciated the fresh amenities.
i noticed the hallway doors lacked a soft close feature. doors slamming echoed, especially late at night.

The hotel boasts various facilities. i saw a small gym equipped with three treadmills, two stationary bikes. weight machines. Very neat place. the breakfast area looked bright with plenty of seating.

the staff were really nice. They prepared a thoughtful to-go bag with a sandwich, juice, water, an apple, yogurt, and desserts for my early morning flight. jorge even assisted with my luggage, placing them in the car. i really loved it
The walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear some noise from the corridor. But it was manageable

small room confusing lighting
The location was good (close to many attractions).
The room was small and didn't have much space to unpack my belongings. Wall lighting was confusing. After setting the lights before bed, the room was completely dark in the morning. It was frustrating needing to fumble around just to turn the lights back on. It really needs a user manual.

The staff took care of my luggage and escorted me directly to the room. someone asked if i needed anything as soon as i entered the entrance. breakfast was great. The staff was very attentive there too.
The room lacked a proper door for the bathroom. The toilet sat very close to the frosted glass panel.

The breakfast selection was really good. i found an extensive array of fresh options. the location was perfect for exploring many main attractions. a starbucks was conveniently located next door. I found it very convenient.
The lighting in my initial room was quite dim. I requested a room change to address this issue.
